The History tab lists every payment of the coin chosen at the top, newest first. Ctrl+F shows a search bar.
Double-click a transaction for its details: amount, fee, destinations, inputs. Right-click for more:
Double-click the description column to write a note on a payment. Notes stay in your wallet file, they’re never sent. While the wallet synchronizes, the history may be incomplete.
Each line shows the amount, confirmations and date for the selected wallet. Right-click for Copy transaction ID, View on block explorer and Speed up (raise the fee), see Fees and speeding up.
Wallet › History › Export CSV saves your Monero history to a spreadsheet file, for your accounts or your taxes. The columns:

| accountIndex | The account. A payment between two of your accounts shows twice. |

| balanceDelta | How much your balance changed, fee included |
| amount | The amount sent or received, fee not included |
| fee | The network fee. For incoming payments, the sender paid it. |
| txid | The transaction ID |
| description | Your note |
| paymentID | Usually empty |
Import descriptions from CSV reads your notes back from such a file, for example after restoring from seed.
