Before you write

We will never ask for your seed

Nobody from Biscuit will ever ask for your seed words, your password or your private keys. Anyone who does is trying to rob you.

An exchange swap is stuck

Include the Trade ID and the name of the exchange, both in the swap window. The exchange’s own support can usually help fastest: its link is there too.

An atomic swap is stuck

Keep Biscuit open: if the maker doesn’t send the Monero, your Bitcoin comes back by itself after a few hours (see Atomic swaps). If it doesn’t, write to us with the swap ID.

A security issue

Write to the same address with “Security” in the subject, and please give us time to fix it before making it public.
