Biscuit runs on Windows, macOS and Linux. Take the file for your system from the download page, verify it, then follow the page for your system.

Linux on ARM, such as a Raspberry Pi, isn’t supported yet. Neither are phones: Biscuit is a desktop wallet.
Biscuit needs no account and no sign-up. Once installed, it tells you about new versions and can install them for you.
